Text Lite MM500 LED Display från 1982 – Spänningsmatning
Enligt önskemål visar jag upp spänningsmatningen av displayen. Jag vet inte om alla MM500 displayer ser likadana ut inuti. Min display har både likriktarbrygga och en 7805regulator så den kan man mata med både ac och dc, från ca 7V till 12V, min display vill inte starta under 7V dc, men regulatorn blir ganska varm vid 12V dc. Displayen drar ca 700mA vid 7,5V dc. Detta var bara ett snabbt test och jag kan ej garantera att detta stämmer för alla MM500 displayer.
According to wishes I will show the power supply of the display. I do not know if all MM500 displays look the same inside. My display has both bridge rectifier and a 7805 regulator so it can be fed with both ac and dc, from about 7V to 12V, my display will not start under 7V dc, but the regulator gets pretty hot at 12V dc. The display draws about 700mA at 7.5V dc. This was just a quick test and I can not guarantee that this is true for all MM500 displays.
